This mandoline was a gift to me from my parents when I graduated with my Nutrition Certification...It means so much to me and I use it every night for my dinner...whether it's slicing veggies and fruits atop a salad, mixed into a stir-fry, tossed into a casserole or served with hummus as a cruditee. When the holidays come around, its useful for slicing apples, peaches and pears for pies and tarts. Aside from the astounding results this mandoline produces it's user-friendly and easy to switch blades, store and clean in just a moments time.
